Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition: To be eligible, items must be in the original, unworn condition and in the original pacakaging. Delivery date must be proven by email.
Sale items purchased during a clearance or special promotion are non-returnable and non refundable.
PROCESS:
1. Email us with your order number to recieve a Return Merchandise Authorization.
2. Once approved , you will recieve instructions on where to send your package.
3. Please note that all customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Refunds: Once we recieve and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged items: If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photos so we can make it right immediately!
